Abstract
The present work on curricular integration entitled "Gamification Methodological Strategies in the Teaching Process for Children of 4 and 5 Years of the Alonso Torres Early Education Center," highlights the importance of a dynamic and active environment in early education. The choice of this research topic is based on the relevance of creating a stimulating educational environment. The general objective of the research is to design a system of methodological strategies based on gamification that benefits the teaching process for children aged 4 to 5 years of the Initial 2D sublevel of the CDI Alonso Torres, located in Azogues, province of Cañar. Regarding the methodological framework, the interpretive paradigm is used with a qualitative approach. To collect data, various research techniques were used, such as field diaries, semi-structured interviews and participant observation. The instruments used include the observation guide and the interview guide. The results obtained in the interpretation of the data highlight the importance of having meaningful and dynamic environments to promote child development during activities. In conclusion, 10 gamified activities were developed, of which 5 are analog and 5 digital, titled "GAMI AMENTURAS." These activities are designed to integrate methodological strategies in the field of logical-mathematical relationships and language comprehension and expression.
