Abstract
This research arises from having evidenced the scarcity of creativity; therefore, it was proposed as an objective to elaborate a guide of activities for the stimulation of creativity through play in the area of Artistic Expression of the Pre-school 2 "A". For the theoretical support, it addresses topics such as: creativity in infants, teacher, play as a learning strategy and artistic expression through art, in which children express emotions and feelings. Within the methodological framework, it has a socio-critical paradigm, a qualitative approach and a case study methodology. With respect to the techniques and instruments used: field diaries, teacher interview and observation guide, to collect information about the subject of study. Each instrument was analyzed and triangulated to show results in which the teacher involves the children in activities that activate their imagination and creativity. Finally, the objectives of elaborating the activity guide were achieved, since the proposal was based on creativity and art applied in the activities, obtaining a greater increase in creativity in children.
