Abstract
The school environment has a variety of factors which are determinants at the time of teaching, and these are the ones that determine the methods and techniques that should be used when carrying out a class, it must be identified what are the needs and shortcomings of the students, to carry out a planning based above all on the improvement of the students, as well as determine what would be the factors to improve. Among these is interculturality, which is decisive among students, and especially in Ecuador, which is a multi-ethnic and multicultural country, where all these cultures from different regions collide every day, mix and spread throughout their lands. For this fact that while people are different, they should be encouraged to know about where they come from, their traditions, and how their family has been managed over the years, guide students in the knowledge of the cultures of Ecuador, its traditions, its customs, as well as the languages existing within the country. That students know about interculturality and everything that encompasses it is the way in which it can be seen, interculturality can be seen subjectively, from the point of view of a way of life, to the learning of all those actions carried out by the people of the various provinces, and cultures. The project is carried out in the Educational Institution Republic of Ecuador "in the 3rd grade of EGB, where work is done through playful games, in order to reach students and improve their knowledge about the various cultures existing in the country, as well as a hybrid environment where work is done virtually and face-to-face, so that in this way students learn to investigate. Thanks to the games you can witness teamwork and how students are managed within the learning spaces. Each person is a different world, and this allows that within the classrooms each and every one of them is handled in different ways, each student has his way of being, behaving, having fun and getting along with the world and the environment that surrounds it, for this same fact interpersonal relationships are worked, through values, such as respect, the tolerance, honesty and fairness that must be emphasized within the classrooms as they work, to encourage students to understand each other and respect the differences between each and every human being. The research proposes class plans in which the knowledge of interculturality is transversalized through games and recreational activities, which may serve to teach a variety of topics, due to the fact that the variety of cultures within the Ecuador is something lived, it must be taken into account that differences make society follow a varied path. At the same time, the issue of interculturality must be taken as a basis for knowledge, and the way of relating between people.
