Abstract
This work was designed to provide psycho-pedagogical support to the tenth grade students of basic education to face the transition stage towards the baccalaureate, with the planned activities their personality is explored, research is motivated and detailed information is provided to facillitate the path of knowledge until reaching the maturity of the career so that they make pertinent decisions focused on job performance in a context of their preference. The academic orientation leads to discover skills that young people possess, and which are necessary tools to direct their present and direct their future, projecting an active professional life. The results of executing orientation programs will always be prosperous because the student will inquire about his true vocation so that his work becomes a hobby and not an obligation in the workplace
