Abstract
The preset research work aims to determine the level of incidence of accompanying the manager in the design of the Academic Reinforcement Plan in Language and Literature at the “Daniel Hermida” High School, educational establishment in which the observed problem was taken into account, because the absence of an Academic Reinforcement Plan oriented by counseling and prepared by institution director, as a result, low performance, desertion and loss of school year. The work has a mixed quantitative and qualitative approach by using the case study technique to collect the information, the interview and survey technique were used as instruments embodied in the questionnaire and the checklist to determine the level of accomplishment with quality standards D2.C2.GE14, D2.C2. DI17 and D2.C2.DO13, evidenced in the different institutional documents, in addition to the institutional analysis from the audit reports. With the results obtained from the methodological application, I can indicate that the level of incidence of accompaniment to management starting from the teaching and managerial perception, it reaches a percentage of dissatisfaction of the 68,33%, as long as, regarding documentary evidence undertaken by educational advisory, it reaches a breach of the 80%, problem that is ratified in the interviews carried out. Consequently, in general terms the role played by educational counseling, reaches an unsatisfactory and limited assessment, giving as collateral result the problems evidenced and not solved in the mentioned educational institution.
