Abstract
The main objective of the work was to analyze how the Pedagogical Leadership develops through the Quality Circles and Learning Networks in the Initial Education Sublevel 2. The review of relevant theories was carried out, attributing rigor to the research. Pedagogical leadership in this type of learning community develops empathy, shared responsibility, pedagogical innovations, its importance in the transformation of the quality of education at the level of Initial Education 2 is reaffirmed; The Quality Circles and Learning Networks are designed according to the reality of society, they also pursue the satisfaction of the needs of students in their learning process. In conclusion, the quality circles promote pedagogical leadership through the active learning of its members and the construction of spaces for the self-training of teachers, who focus their knowledge on finding solutions to school problems.
