Abstract
This research focuses on the importance of supporting the compensation of the speech disorder in a child with rhinolalia, through the use of a speech therapy activity guide, since it is essential to create greater autonomy and facilitate their interaction with those around them. For this reason, in the present work the following research question was raised: How to contribute to compensate rhinolalia disorders, in a 5-year-old child who attends UDIPSAI? The following general objective is proposed: Propose a guide for speech therapy activities in the school-family context to help compensate rhinolalia disorders in a 5-year-old child who attends UDIPSAI. Research and searches have been carried out in various sources to theoretically substantiate and support the research. The study is based on a qualitative approach and on the selection of a single case with rhinolalia as a case study. A variety of techniques were used to collect and analyze the information such as: observation, interview, documentary analysis, logopedic file, and data triangulation which resulted in the need to compensate for the rhinolalia disorder. A guide to speech therapy activities in the school-family context for coping with rhinolalia was prepared based on four axes and implemented from inclusive education: a) breathing and relaxation activities; b) breath activities and praxias; c) point and manner of articulation of the phoneme /s/ and /k/ d) activities of automation of direct and inverse syllables, in addition the singular and plural with the phoneme /s/ will be worked on, the same ones that are focused on how to contribute the rhinolalia disorder.
