Abstract
The present research work entitled "Didactic activities based on CAT for the development of Oral Language in Pre-school 2 of the Millennium Educational Unit "Francisco Febres Cordero", has the general objective of proposing didactic activities for the development of oral language through a virtual environment applying CAT in infants from 4 to 5 years old of the Pre-school Level of Sub-level 2 of the Millennium Educational Unit "Francisco Febres Cordero" Cuenca-Ecuador. This research was based on the fact that the infants were in confinement because of this pandemic, causing a gap in education since teachers were not in direct contact with the children, and parents became more involved in the teaching-learning process of their children, which opted to overprotect them in general with an erroneous vocabulary. On the other hand, the research presented the international, national and local background that support the research. In addition, it had its respective theoretical foundation (academic articles, books, Ecuador's Early Education Curriculum), analyzing what each one proposes from the general to the specific. Similarly, the Participatory Action Research method was used with a qualitative approach, with information gathering methods, such as research techniques and instruments, participant observation, interviews, question guide and field diaries and finally, the proposal of didactic strategies was designed, implemented and evaluated through a virtual environment using Learning and Knowledge Technologies.
