Abstract
Inclusive education recognizes and identifies the diversity of all students in the classroom, where the teacher takes into consideration all the needs, reducing any type of student exclusion. The practice of inclusive education requires a series of techniques and strategies that teachers must know and carry out, which is why the research proposes the development of workshops to guide the teacher in How to meet the diversity of learning rhythms in students of the Santiago de Compostela High School ?. The proposal arises from experiences and research carried out by the author in the institution, where it could be observed that there are difficulties on the part of the teacher to attend to the difference in the learning rhythm of the students in the classroom with traditional learning strategies, not directed at the diversity. During classes, some students find themselves isolated and poorly motivated in the subjects, remaining outside the class process. Treating the diversity of learning rhythm in the teaching process so that all students can have a good result, led us to develop training workshops as a solution to the problem. In conducting the research, methodologies such as: participant observation, structured interview and survey have been used, as well as a program of workshops was developed to guide the teacher in attending to the different learning rhythms in the classroom.
