Abstract
The research focuses on the qualitative approach, which is interested in understanding and describing in detail and specifically an object of study. The lack of advice to the educational leader for the elaboration of a pedagogical accompaniment plan is the problem that is evident in the educational institution, consequently, a constructive assessment of the teacher based on his classroom practice is not estimated. The objective is to design an advisory plan to guide the leader in the construction of a pedagogical support plan to enhance the practice of teachers in the Heroes de Paquisha Basic Education School. The case study method was used to analyze the specific characteristics and challenges faced by the authority of the institution, and qualitative techniques such as documentary review and unstructured interview were employed.
