Abstract
This research is focused on the use of GeoGebra as a teaching resource for teaching-learning linear function, in the Ninth “B” of the Education Unit “Ricardo Muñoz Chávez” period 2020-2021. It aims to propose a digital teaching resource in the context of a micro planning to respond to the development of skills oriented to linear function content. During the pre-professional practices, the following problems were identified: low use of digital teaching resources in the area of Mathematics, the teaching-learning process mostly arithmetic (exercises and formulas) and finally, the time of the class time is not optimized. The main theoretical references are based on the contributions of (Cotic, 2014) and (Garcia, 2011) who highlight the importance of GeoGebra as a digital teaching resource, and its benefits in the teaching-learning process of Mathematics-linear function. The research work was developed through a qualitative approach and under the research-action design, where information collection techniques such as: participating observation, semi-structured interview, focal group, initial assessment, final and validation of experts, applied using tools such as: weekly reports, interview question guide, question guide for the focal group, checklist and expert valuation sheet. The result of this project arises from the implementation of the proposal “Learn with GeoGebra”, where it was possible to meet the objectives by responding to the three study problems: GeoGebra is shown as a digital teaching resource suitable for teaching linear function, which helped to optimize the time of class time and allowed the teaching-learning process of linear function to be.
