Abstract
The current research focuses on the analysis of Gestión de la Información y Comunicación en la Unidad Educativa Fiscomisional Santa Rosa de Lima, communication analyzed as a strategy in direct performance, in its administrative management in the face of interaction with different actors in the educational community, therefore, communication as a quality indicator for the achievement of institutional objectives at the same time in the education system. Work carried out through documentary review, surveys and interviews with the actors of the educational community, those that make up several articles that allow to deepen and verify that communication is a strategic tool that contributes to quality in an institution. Therefore, it should not go unnoticed but instead, it is necessary to make proper use of it as a key in institutional administrative management, it is therefore necessary to promote effective, efficient lines of communication that enable good management, innovative, purposeful management in the school organization. The propose relate to quality indicators, measurement from the competencies of the direct staff and educational advisory work under the current regulations such as the Manual for the Implementation and Evaluation of Educational Quality Standards of the Ministry of Education, taking into account the mention in which the postgraduate degree is specified.
