Abstract
The objective is: Recognize congruent triangles in different situations and contexts through the use of manipulative material (geoplano), didactic (guidance base) to achieve meaningful learning with ninth-year students of Basic General Education, for which eight sessions were planned eighty minutes each. Through kinesthetic learning they can make summaries that fully contextualize the theme of study, actively participate with concrete materials such as the geoplano, are prepared to assume different roles of participation within their work groups, are fully trained to make connections between the practice and the theory of the statements, have the ability to approach from different ways or perspectives the case studies that are presented to work within the classroom, can explain clearly and in detail the summaries and graphics that they made for the topic of study. It can be concluded that the cooperative work, the use of the Geoplano and the Orientation Base allowed achieving a significant learning of the objective set for each class session.
