Abstract
The learning process of infants in early education demands the design and implementation of pertinent didactic strategies; therefore, the following study is oriented to the design of playful didactic strategies for the promotion of collaborative work of children from 4 to 5 years of age in parallel B in the Sublevel 2 of the "Herlinda Toral" Educational Unit (Cuenca, Ecuador). The objective of the research design was to propose a ludic guide to encourage collaborative work. The methodology used corresponds to the socio-critical paradigm, type of study, field investigation, qualitative approach, and the design used was a case study with its five phases. During the diagnostic phase for the collection of information, the following techniques were designed and applied: interview (question guide), participant observation (field diaries). Consequently, it became evident the need to design an educational intervention proposal denominated ludic guide "My collaborative world" to revert the unfavorable results, through the pilot implementation of 30%. In conclusion, the proposal contributed to social skills, dialogue among peers, respect for the opinions and contributions of each member and the fulfillment of assigned roles in each team.
