Abstract
The present degree work addresses the need to create a digital tool to support inclusive education, aimed at single-teacher leaders of the C16_17 circuit of the city of Loja, for collaborative networking. As a starting point, the problem is to be investigated, which is based on how to promote collaborative work to the single-teacher leaders of the Circuit to attend to the Specific Needs of Educational Support and attention to diversity in the multigrade classroom that more than teaching classes must also play various roles when alone, without leaving aside that they face significant challenges such as limited resources, socioeconomic and cultural problems. The general purpose of this investigation was to propose a program of intervention based on the use of digital tools that encourage collaborative work. It was important to point out aspects about the collaborative networking, backed up by digital tools, since these represent a valuable strategy to promote the inclusive education in the C16_17 circuit of Loja. It was highlighted how the use of digital tools fosters collaboration and communication between teachers, allowing a more fluid and enriching interaction among teachers. Since the analysis of the results, it was proved that the single-teacher required the construction of a digital tool to to carry out a collaborative work with the objective of carrying out an adequate educational inclusion in order to guarantee that the students, regardless of their abilities or particular needs, have access to equitable educational opportunities.
