Abstract
Educational quality is where every institution must go; that is why it becomes essential to raise the importance of the Educational Audit process for the improvement of the professional teaching performance of the Francisco Chico Pacheco Educational Unit in the period 2019-2020, with teaching practice being a process of great importance within the teaching-learning process carried out by the institution, in this study the scope or development of an audit is determined to improve the real performance of a teacher in the classroom, that is, the problem lies in establishing whether the audit process contributes to the improvement of professional performance teacher in the mentioned Educational Unit; that is to say, measure the form of compliance with the observations found in the audit processes in the institution to the teaching staff to improve their daily practice in the classroom and thus determine the corresponding activities that help to fulfill the audit observations from a methodology approach qualitative by finding information and impressions of the teaching staff to know and identify if their practice adheres to the quality standards established by the Ministry of Education, determine a series of activities that underpin the improvement plan in terms of professional teaching performance and verify that Compliance with an internal audit through a matrix to observe the improvement of teaching practice. Concluding that educational quality focuses on what the teacher does daily in the classroom measurable with an audit process.
