Abstract
The following investigation considers as its main objective to propose a Didactic Unit Plan that includes innovative activities allowing to improve the teaching-learning process of Organic Chemistry in the 3 BGU parallel C and parallel E, which will be developed taking into account unit 1 called Carbon and unit 2 called Open Chain Hydrocarbons. For this, in relation to the previous investigations of various authors such as: Hurtado 2020, Constante 2019 and Román 2018. The most relevant is identified to support the development of the proposal, through techniques and instruments, such as; survey, interview guide, pretest, posttest, focus group and field diaries. Results were obtained that served as the basis for carrying out a correct investigation in order to improve the teaching-learning process and promote the development of a quality and warm education. For this reason, the present investigation has a mixed approach, that is, it will work from a collection of qualitative and quantitative data, as well as a type of quasi-experimental investigation since it works with two groups, a control group and an experimental group. Likewise, for the development of the same one works with a method of anticipation, construction and consolidation, which allows to have a clearer approach to the reality of the problem that is found in the classroom. When evaluating the results obtained with the application of the innovative didactic unit plan, designed to improve the teaching-learning process in students, the proposed proposal focuses on creating learning spaces with innovative activities that help develop participation and action. In addition to promoting mutual cooperation between the actors in the educational process.
