Abstract
This research addresses the importance of proper technology management and how it has been integrated into various spheres of society, displacing and widening digital divides that impact the daily lives of contexts and communities. For this reason, this research aims to analyze how the implementation of a sensitization strategy promotes the appropriate use of technology for teachers, students, and communities in rural areas. The study's methodology is based on a mixed approach, using both qualitative and quantitative techniques and tools such as participant observation, tests, and interviews to identify how actors use different technologies. As part of the proposed approach, various strategies are presented within educational, family, and community spaces, which are expected to strengthen the educational environment for improving relationships and social interaction through new technologies. In conclusion, it is recognized that these types of spaces contribute to enhancing knowledge related to technology within rural communities, thereby reducing existing digital divides.
