Abstract
The purpose of this degree work was to propose a support and evaluation plan for the Technological Irruption Project (PIT) for Hermano Miguel School, focusing on the English Area. Through the application of qualitative research with the action-research approach; surveys, interviews and bibliographic review were used to investigate from the role of the educational director processes of implementation, execution, monitoring and evaluation of ICT projects. For the adequate development of the proposal, an investigation question was raised: How to establish, from the role of the director, a plan of accompaniment and evaluation for the PIT to improve the quality of learning in the English area of the Hermano Miguel School? The results demonstrated the need for educational directors to carry out permanent monitoring and evaluation in the implementation of ICT projects. Aditionally, Hermano Miguel English teachers explained the importance of being an active part of the implementation, monitoring and evaluation processes of ICT projects, by linking technological and digital tools for the consolidation of knowledge and quality improvement.
