Abstract
This development project was carried out at the Río Amazonas school belonging to the Cochapata parish, in the Nabón canton. The main objective of the same was aimed at contributing to the preparation of teachers to work from an inclusive approach through a methodological guide that allows expanding the teacher's work tools. The research uses a qualitative approach and starts from a needs assessment in which instruments such as interviews, documentary analysis and external observation were used. The results determined that, in the institution, teachers do not work using the opportunities offered by inclusive education strategies, however, as a potentiality, the willingness they have to improve in these methodologies stands out, which is why it was decided to prepare them in the following strategies: Universal Learning Design (DUA), Multilevel Teaching and Cooperative Learning, all these modalities are part of the Inclusive Methodological Guide, which will serve as guidance in their pedagogical practices
