Abstract
This proposal is based on the description of the problem that gave rise to the design of the intervention plan for the development of the emotional education intervention program: ¡Danzando la vida! for students of the sixth year of general basic education of the school "Luis G. Tufiño" (2017 - 2018) through experiential encounters to develop the ability to recognize and generate positive emotions and control negative ones. In order to acquire a better knowledge of one's emotions; identify the emotions of others; develop the ability to control one's emotions; prevent the harmful effects of negative emotions; build an emotive self-image that facilitates assertive communication; develop the ability to generate positive emotions. The specific contents of this emotional education program are: emotions universe, biodance to develop a greater emotional competence, the ability to self-motivate and adopt a positive attitude towards life.
