Abstract
From the perspective of inclusive education, it is essential to acknowledge the presence of individual differences in all human beings. This entails the responsibility of institutions to promote processes of coexistence that celebrate diversity, while also demanding that pedagogical methodologies used effectively adapt to the heterogeneity present in the school environment. The primary purpose of this research study was to conceive a methodological guide aimed at micro-curricular planning, specifically focused on the level of early education II at the UNAE Innovation School, located in the Azogues canton. The guide was designed with the intention of considering the particularities and individual needs of all students in this educational context. To achieve this goal, the study was rooted in the hermeneutic interpretative paradigm with a qualitative approach. The research methods used included interviews, observations, and document analysis. The research findings emphasize the presence of resistance to change in educational practices, persistence in the use of traditional teaching methods, and a limited conception of inclusive education. In response to these challenges, the implementation of the Renzulli Enrichment Model throughout the institution has offered a new perspective and a more inclusive approach to addressing student diversity, valuing their individual characteristics as a fundamental starting point in the educational process.
