Abstract
One of the challenges of the Social Studies teacher is to awaken the students' constant interest, since having each class connected to positive stimuli is not easy, given that learning environments do not encourage the desire to participate and what is even worse is to convert to this subject in text, blackboard, drawings without any purpose, questionnaires with questions that do not generate reflection on terms of sensitization of man and his planetary belonging. Therefore, this work presents a didactic planning with which you can develop the theme "Culture of Ecuador", through sessions that include autonomous methodological strategies and cooperatives, which serve to learn more about the diversity of a people with indigenous and Afro characteristics., they are placed on the learning environment, dances, personifications, album, typical food and the temporo-spatial location for the experiential knowledge of the student. The use of technological resources for the observation of videos, active listening of songs and the observation of emblematic characters related to the community under study is proposed.
