Abstract
The present work aborts the theme around the use of ICT with the Management of learning communities to innovate teaching practice in the Unidad Educativa 31 de Octubre, through the TPACK model. In this sense falls the importance of innovating teaching practice and learning together. This made it possible to leading the implementation of a teaching innovation project for the integration of ICT, through the TPACK model, in order to improve literacy learning in elementary school children. Through the participatory action research method, it was possible to identify the problem in order to solve it through the aforementioned innovation project. During the investigation, the lack of training of teachers in technological tools and the very need to use them in the context of virtual classes was identified. In the same way, the literacy learning in children of the elementary sublevel was evaluated in order to improve these learning. With the application of the innovation project, the results obtained denote the importance of handling these technological tools not only to improve student learning and also to improve teaching practice through a learning community
