Abstract

The objective of this research is to work on the teaching-learning process of journalistic texts in the area of Language and Literature, through a system of activities destined for the ninth year of EGB at the “Javier Loyola” Educational Unit. Within the activity system, worksheets, presentations, evaluation rubrics, videos and work activities have been developed that develop skills with performance criteria. The research is based on the qualitative approach, with the use of methods and instruments such as the interview, observation, checklist, field diary, observation guide, which allow to determine and study the problem. On the other hand, methodological strategies have been vital, from the definition of journalistic texts, to study the writing of this type of texts based on three indicators: knowledge, procedure and motivation, which in turn became the axes central of the proposal. The system of activities for the production of journalistic texts was organized in three phases: diagnosis, structuring and implementation in a virtual way. As results of the investigation we find the theoretical analysis elaborated and the system of activities for the production of journalistic texts with their respective website. It is concluded that the application and evaluation of the proposed activity system would improve the written production of the students, but especially that of journalistic texts.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo trabajar el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de textos periodísticos en el área de Lengua y literatura, a través de un sistema de actividades destinado para el noveno año de EGB de la Unidad Educativa “Javier Loyola”. Dentro del sistema de actividades se han elaborado hojas de trabajo, presentaciones, rúbricas de evaluación, videos y actividades de trabajo que desarrollen destrezas con criterio de desempeño. La investigación se basa en el enfoque cualitativo, con la utilización de métodos e instrumentos como la entrevista, observación, lista de cotejo, diario de campo, guía de observación, que permiten determinar y estudiar la problemática. Por otra parte, las estrategias metodológicas han sido vitales, a partir de la definición de textos periodísticos, para estudiar la redacción de este tipo de textos a partir de tres indicadores: conocimiento, procedimiento y motivación, que a su vez se convirtieron en los ejes centrales de la propuesta. El sistema de actividades para la producción de textos periodísticos se organizó en tres fases: el diagnóstico, la estructuración y la implementación de forma virtual. Como resultados de la investigación encontramos el análisis teórico elaborado y el sistema de actividades para la producción de textos periodísticos con su respectiva web. Se concluye que la aplicación y evaluación del sistema de actividades propuesto mejoraría la producción escrita de los estudiantes, pero sobre todo la de textos periodísticos.
