Abstract
The teaching practice is a transcendental subject of study, since it refers to the role that the teacher fulfills in a classroom. For this reason, it is important to mention that the quality of learning that infants are able to achieve increased greatly from the type of teaching they received. Based on this, this Curricular Integration Work is called "Video-training for the strengthening of teaching practice within the Logical-Mathematical Relations Area of the Manuel J. Calle Educational Unit", it aims to promote teacher self-reflection to strengthen your practice. For this, several theoretical references were addressed, such as: teaching practice from the humanist paradigm, Paulo Freire's theory and the perspective of other authors. In addition, its components and teaching practice in the Field of Logical-Mathematical Relations in boys and girls from 4 to 5 years of age were enunciated. Regarding the methodological framework, the socio-critical paradigm was exposed, under a qualitative approach, with a type of descriptive and explanatory research and it was carried out based on the case study methodology, with its respective phases to carry out an organized process. Several techniques and instruments were used to collect, such as: participant observation that includes the field diary and the observation guide, the semi-structured interview that includes a guide; finally, the documentary analysis of curricular planning. In this way, an analysis of the information obtained was carried out, resulting in the existence of several aspects of teaching practice within the teaching-learning process that were not met. Proceeding to the design of the educational intervention proposal called "A training experience for teaching practice", it was based on the video-training methodology. Subsequently, the evaluation was carried out, it was carried out with the use of a Guide for the evaluation of piloting. It is concluded, mentioning that the present investigation contributed to the educational work of the teacher of the Initial Sublevel 2 "A", since it promoted reflection and self-criticism in search of improving their educational praxis.
