Abstract
The main objective of this research is to improve and consolidate good interpersonal relationships in the educational context, specifically in the Ignacio Escandón General Basic Education School, in the fifth year of General Basic Education. Given its fundamental role in the teaching-learning process, it has been chosen to employ the active methodology of Cooperative Learning, which allows to analyze and understand the interactions between students, both with close peers and with those who may be considered more distant in the academic environment. This research seeks to provide an integral vision of the social dynamics present in the educational environment, thus allowing the identification of effective strategies to strengthen good interpersonal relationships for the benefit of the students' integral development. With the proposal presented, a relationship of positive interdependence, interaction, individual and group responsibility, group evaluation, as well as interpersonal and group practices were evidenced. These elements contribute significantly to the promotion of good interpersonal relationships. For this reason, the socio-critical paradigm has been selected as the theoretical framework, since it is based on interaction with society. A qualitative approach has been adopted, since it facilitates the analysis of the individual characteristics considered in the research design, specifically framed within the action research methodology. The choice of this paradigm and methodological approach seeks to provide a deep and contextualized understanding of social dynamics, thus allowing to effectively address the improvement of good interpersonal relationships in the educational context.
