Abstract
The present research work is to enhance the teaching practice related to Integral Human Development (DHI) projects as one of the challenges that one of the challenges that the educational community must take on by the educational community. Through the implementation of environments of contributing to the development of partner-affective skills and encouraging the practice of values inside and outside the classroom. It research was developed in the sixth year of EB of the Isaac A. Chico School of basic education of the Ricaurte parish. The main problem diagnosed was the lack of teaching strategies for project development (DHI) and difficulties in the socio-affective field and the practice of student values. Several authors, including (Moreira, 1997) and the importance of designing meaningful learning environments, have been consulted in the support of the proposal; In turn Wagner, (2011) mentions that learning is more than the absorption of knowledge, constitutes a social process of feedback. The indicators of quality standards considered, in terms of the standards of professional teacher performance and the exit profile of the baccalaureates proposed by the Ministry of Education. The research is mainly base on the qualitative approach, through participatory action research. The proposal was evaluate based on the level of student satisfaction and by Specialist Criteria. As a result, it intended to diversify resources and strategies for DHI projects and in turn improve the socio-affective environment among students.
