Abstract
The institutional director is the primary agent and pedagogical leader who promotes educational transformation through training processes for their teaching staff. The aim of this study is to design a teacher training plan for the digital tools Wordwall and Quizizz for the Federico González Suárez Educational Unit, where a lack of integration of these tools into teaching and learning processes was identified. The research methodology was a case study, employing qualitative techniques such as interviews and document review. The findings revealed that teachers do not incorporate digital tools into their planning and practical lessons due to a lack of knowledge in this area. The training plan is designed as a series of workshops aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching by making educational processes more dynamic and improving learning outcomes. It concludes that the management of the director should be based on diagnosing institutional needs, in line with regulations and compliance with quality standards, to ensure that every educational center has a teacher training plan.
