Abstract
The students of the School of Basic Education Loja Sentinel of the South are developed in an environment agitated by conflicts of diverse natures and inadequate behaviors which manifests the loss of their interpersonal relationships.
A majority of students present this problem, with inappropriate behaviors such as injustice, aggression, disrespect, dishonesty, selfishness, lack of responsibility and bullying. These are some of the causes that lead to the loss of human values and are reflected by the disintegration and conflicts in families, as a result of divorce, the economic situation.
The following work deals with the study of this topic because, the elaboration of the research is based on investigating theories of teaching, educational orientation, teaching support and the quality of interpersonal relationships in class, for which a guide of readings of values, which can be applied by teachers.
