Abstract
The teaching of Mathemalics is, by itself, a challenge for educators. The present TFM seeks to motivate the study of mathematics in all its levels, the didactic unit implementod corresponding to tho conceptualization and the handling of the linear Function, developed by means of Instruments with probtems of the daily Ufe, practices in the Computer laboratory using the Tics such as the Microsoft Excel office automation tool and the mathematical software Geogebra, which help the students generate a curious spirit and enhance their abstraction skills. As the sessions were developed, the students became more active entities in the teaching-learning process, in the construction of new knowledge. This could be achieved thanks to a correct introduction, this knowledge consequently acquired in the teachers’ mastery
