Abstract
As a result of the current pandemic, teachers were subjected to a mandatory change: turn presential classrooms to virtual ones; this presented many challenges. One of the possible mistakes was to translate the methodology applied in real life to virtual classrooms, instead of researching and developing online methodologies that should be used to better impart the contents of a subject. Based on the study and professional growth as a teacher, audiovisual post-producer, and videogame fan, considering the suggestions of the students to develop different academic experiments, and based on the criterion of virtual community, the author of this study tries to transform the fatigue generated by the demanding and daily use of computers, and the lack of choice of the student in regard of teaching modality. Finally, a brief tour of alternative tools related to games and learning is made, this will help to explore a new space-time where new forms of virtual communication can be implemented.
