Abstract
The educational environment, in which the nineth grade students from the Unidad Educativa Comunitaria Intercultural Bilingüe “Amauta Ñanpi” are immersed, generates difficulties for the achievement of the curricular domains in the area of Natural Sciences. These difficulties lie in the learning processes and results, evidenced during the active and participant observation. Using a qualitative methodology, the diagnosis and analysis of this problem suggest the need to design an environment that motivates student learning and, simultaneously, a constant reflection and evaluation of the teaching practice, in order to achieve the curricular domains of the subject. The theoretical-practical discussion of the results of the observation has allowed the development of a proposal for a methodological guide for the teacher, based on the flipped classroom method, which integrates the active relationship with the natural environment and the use of ICTs. This provides opportunities to innovate in the teaching of the Natural Sciences and to guide the students to achieve curricular domains, considering their own interests and a curriculum that is applied to the context, emphasizing the dialogue of knowledges during the teaching-learning process.
