Abstract
The present investigation was carried out in the third years of the Unified General Baccalaureate, of the César Dávila Andrade Educational Unit, which is located in the city of Cuenca; During the pre-professional practices it was observed that the teacher does not use didactic resources, for this reason the present research work takes the name of "Use of didactic resources for the teaching and learning of the subject of physics for third-year high school students". To improve the learning process in the area of Physics. The determination of the problem occurred through participant observation, and an interest survey applied to the students. The research has an interpretive and qualitative paradigm, the method used in this degree project is experimental research with a mixed approach, since the information analyzed starts from surveys, interviews, pre-test, post-test and participant observation. The information allowed to recognize the needs of the educational process of the second year of high school G, from the perspective of the students, determining a high interest in the use of learning with a model as a didactic resource in the teaching-learning process of Physics. Once the proposal is applied, the results show that the use of a model as a didactic resource in the subject helps the students' learning process.
