Abstract
The purpose of this project is to implement concrete material for the teaching of mathematics in the Geometry and Measurement block, for this we have proposed to use the Andean Chakana as a didactic resource in the subject of Mathematics in the seventh year of EGB. This proposal incorporates contributions from various teaching methods such as the heuristic method, the Singapore method and the inductive deductive method, to enhance the development of skills with performance criteria (DCD). In addition, our project is based on ethnomathematics in This project as it relates the culture of the environment where the student socializes and the science of mathematics, allowing the student to understand these contents more easily and use them spontaneously in their daily life. For data collection in this research, participant observation was used, during the implementation of activities related to the proposal, an interview with the teacher and a survey of students
