Abstract
Language in the life of infants is paramount, because it allows them to communicate their ideas and thoughts that they wish to express and make known to the world around them, however, there are several factors that limit the normal development of the language; therefore, it was decided to title the curricular integration work as "Stimulation of verbal and non-verbal language through sensory elements in initial 1 in the Luis Cordero Azogues Educational Unit". The general objective focused on proposing five learning experiences that stimulate verbal and non-verbal language through interesting and didactic sensory elements for infants. The methodology used in the research; was based on a qualitative approach, socio-critical paradigm and the action research method (AI), therefore, techniques and instruments were used for diagnosis such as the interview with the teacher and parents, in addition, observation guides to obtain information and execution of the proposal. Likewise, base authors such as Vygotsky (1988), Bonilla (2016), Curriculum of Initial Education (2014) are taken into account, who talk about the stimulation of language; on the other hand, theoretical references of the last 10 years such as Peter (2019), Quispe and Aronés (2014) were used to substantiate the importance of the sensory elements and language stimulation. The results evidenced showed that sensory activities allowed to improve the stimulation of language in infants; In addition, exercises focused on the auditory, tactile and gustatory are not commonly addressed by teachers and according to this statement it is concluded that they must include material adapted to the needs of infants, as a support guide for the teacher.
