Abstract
This case study paper presents in detail positive impact of the work of the educational advisory team in the improvement of the managerial performance and therefore in the fulfilment of the standards of educational quality of the School of Basic General Education “April 16” From the canton Sígsig. This statement is validated and supported by the comparative study conducted on the results issued in two educational audit processes carried out in 2017 and 2019. The results are conclusive of the 43 recommendations left in the first audit are met 32, this is owes to the leadership of the manager and the support of the educational advice. The criteria of the teachers of the school and the advisor of the institution is compiled, which shows that the work is effective when there is an nterrelation between educational advice and the institutional manger and that each one is required in the fulfilment of their functions and attributions granted by the Political Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador, the LOEI and its regulations and other legal bodies, seeking to establish an institutional culture of collaborative, sustained and sustainable work aimed at improving the educational quality of this institution. The work ends with the conclusions and recommendations that come from that experience of seeing the theory led to praxis.
