Abstract
Nowadays The development of literacy in students with intellectual disabilities is important because it allows them to communicate through reading and writing in this way also accessing information that helps them in their autonomy, therefore the following project shows how to improve the development of literacy learning in students with mild intellectual disabilities. The objective of this study is to propose a system of inclusive didactic resources based on ICT to improve the development of literacy learning in students with mild intellectual disabilities in the classroom context of Vocational "A" of the Institute of Cerebral Palsy of Azuay. This research was theoretically supported by research, books, articles and magazines. In which a hermeneutic paradigm was considered from a qualitative approach through the multiple case study methodology. For the collection of information, different techniques and instruments were applied, such as: interview, observation, checklist and document analysis. Likewise, for the data analysis, the respective triangulation was carried out, which allowed us to identify the strengths, weaknesses and needs of the student. Based on the identified weaknesses, the intervention proposal was elaborated whose purpose is to contribute to the improvement of learning development. in literacy. It is based on different activities aimed at improving the development of literacy and at the same time learning considering the individual needs of the students, this on the other hand will help them in their motivation and interest in learning.
