Abstract
The objective of this research was directed towards the formation of the family for a collaborative educational process. The analysis of the theoretical references allowed us to support the collaboration between teachers and family, from the approaches of inclusive education. The methodology applied was based on the interpretative paradigm of qualitative approach, through a case study, with the application of techniques and instruments that allowed a deep investigation in the relationship between families and the teacher of initial 2 of the school "Juan Bautista Vásquez" and, from the triangulation of the data, it was obtained as results, that the barriers are found in communication, interaction, the lack of a climate of trust, participation, support and the little use of virtual tools, which limit the development of collaboration between the two. To solve the diagnosis obtained, a pedagogical strategy was designed based on the inclusive approach, which orients its components and activities in a collaborative, interactive, communicative and participatory process between teachers and family; whose proposal was evaluated by ten specialists, who approved its coherence, clarity and relevance, thus concluding its effectiveness in achieving the training of families and teachers in the collaborative processes and its positive impact on learning and integral development of children.
