Abstract
Master's Thesis on the basis of a didactic unit plan that allows to maximize the use of pedagogical tools in the teacher useful and necessary to contribute to the proper development and transformation of education through proactive, participatory and cooperative learning environments. The goal is to create the means for the treatment of expository texts in the creation of analytical and reflective students, where leaving behind both monotonous and mechanical practice has eroded the interest in learning by doing. Hence, the present planning is directed to the tenth grade of Basic General Education in the area of Language and Literature of the Educational Unit Ec. Abdón Calderón Muñoz, of the city of Milagro, the same one that consists of three sections coherent with the level and the theoretical approach as well as practical events that seek the assimilation of knowledge. The first approach refers to the selection of the topics of the unit in terms of curricular content, then describes the unit with the respective methodological orientation and finally details of the results obtained in the development. It should be noted that the elements immersed in linguistic skills such as oral and written, became thematic with an experiential, analytical and reflexive approach.
