Abstract
In the course of the pre-professional practices there have been experiences that have come to help the teaching-learning process among the aspects of methods, strategies and didactic resources that can be used in different school contexts. In this work together with the practices and the theoretical references it was determined that the communicative skills of the students of the Fifth Year of "A" of the U.E. "República del Ecuador" were not developed in an optimal way to reach the domain of the same ones. Therefore, the object of study was the development of communicative skills through the work by means of learning corners. The methodology used was descriptive with a socio-critical paradigm and a qualitative approach that allowed us to approach the social reality in the classroom, using techniques and instruments such as documentary analysis, participant observation, field diary, survey and student checklist. All the information gathered and with the theoretical basis analysed and reflected upon, allowed us to design and apply the proposal of a learning corner for the development of communicative skills. The results obtained demonstrated the viability and feasibility of the proposal in order to fulfil and achieve the proposed objectives and to answer the research question
