Abstract
The present investigative work arises from pre-professional practices, raised at the Initial II level (group 3 – 4 years), parallel “D”, belonging to the “Alberto Astudillo Montesinos” Initial Education Center for the 2022-2023 school year. In this context, the object of study responds to the good practices applied by the teacher, who uses significant methodological strategies to offer enriching experiences to educational actors. Therefore, the objective is to create a proposal of activities focused on the game-work methodology, which includes good teaching practices, in this way, it is systematized with theoretical references related to pedagogical practice. Likewise, the socio-critical paradigm is taken into account, which generates improvements within the educational context, and is also based on the qualitative approach characterized by describing and analyzing the information collected. Therefore, the type of research is the case study, since through the application of qualitative techniques and instruments a positive analysis of the object of study is achieved. In this sense, an educational intervention proposal is generated with the good pedagogical practices used by the teacher, in order to provide meaningful and quality learning to the children.
