"Sucre Honeys." The theoretical foundations are in inclusive education from a social model for attention to diversity; the communicative approach to language teaching, Universal Learning Design and multilevel planning for a diversified curriculum. The methodology is based on the hermeneutic paradigm, the qualitative approach and the single case study method, which is made up of 27 students and the Language and Literature teacher; to whom the survey, interview and observation were applied, with two questionnaires and an observation sheet. The results showed problems related to reading comprehension, textual construction and spelling in the students. Furthermore, the teacher is not sufficiently prepared to attend to diversity, according to the learning needs of her students.
