Abstract
Sensitive communication is the key to reach an appropriate children development, since it involves an establishing environment of trust and everyone has the right to freedom of expression, kids can spontaneously share their perceptions and interests. So, this is the starting point of this research, we have perceived a very low level of sensitive communication practice in our children from pre-primary education 2 (segment B) at the Center of Pre-primary Education “ABC”, which belongs to Cuenca city – Ecuador. These circumstances have produced difficulties when we interact each other during online lessons besides important bibliographic contributions that will show better conception of the subject. For instance, research authored by Zaraza and Ausecha (2017), where they reveal that the main causes of children's behavior are due to different family dynamics. Through these references we pretend to explore and analyze the importance of assertive communication inside and outside the classroom. This research has a qualitative approach, consequently we have collected many tools in order to accumulate the most important data. Therefore, our main objective is to build on a guide with activities that contribute to the development of assertive communication; which is aimed at boys and girls from 4 to 5 years old, it is also stretched with teachers and parents working together to support our program, sublevel II-CEI “ABC”. Since we started to follow this purpose, we have observed many changes associated to social, educational and family conditions, since students show more affective feelings when they interact and communicate with each other. It must be pointed that, thanks to this methodological guide, which contributes significantly to the educational field. It must be also considered as a fundamental instrument in order to get a precise development of their different abilities, with a higher emphasis on assertive communication development.
