Abstract
Inclusive education is in a process of transformation, giving diversity a leading role, so when talking about inclusion, all human beings must be addressed with their own peculiarities; for this it is essential that teachers are trained and prepared to attend to the diversity present in the classroom and, to promote respect for it from the early ages, so this work proposes as a general objective to design a system of workshops to train teachers in inclusive education through the application of methodological strategies in the Juan Bautista Vasquez Educational Unit , in 2020, from the initial level to high school. Research has a quantitative, cross-cutting, nonexperimental approach and descriptive scope; work was worked with all teachers to whom two instruments were applied: a sociodemographic sheet and a survey; the results showed the heartfelt need for learning from teachers and their desire for professional improvement, which showed that the research problem raised is properly answered. Based on this data, the workshop system was designed with eight sessions, taking into account the phases, objectives, cognitive strategies, time, resources, metacognitive strategies and methodology to develop each workshop.
