Abstract
Disruptive behaviors are behaviors that alter order and generate conflicts within the social environment. These behaviors are present from an early age, so it is necessary to address them from initial education. Currently, the disruptive behaviors presented in children have an impact on their socialization process, given that these behaviors can become violent and harm the infants themselves as well as the others around them. Therefore, the main purpose of this research is to strengthen emotional education to reduce disruptive behaviors in the classroom. To do this, we started with a diagnosis of the main causes that lead children to have disruptive behaviors in the classroom at the initial level of the CEI Totoracocha in order to subsequently implement a booklet with activities focused on breathing exercises (mindfulness). , I dance child therapy, and self-esteem focused on emotional education. The research responded to a methodology with a qualitative approach and the socio-critical paradigm, the Participatory Action Research -PAR- method was used, the techniques implemented were interview and participant observation. The means of collecting information was a questionnaire and field diaries. Among the main results were violent behaviors, tantrums, harming other boys and girls, as well as difficulty in socialization with the school environment, making assertive communication impossible.
