Abstract
This project seeks to develop academic reinforcements to improve the learning of the contents within the area of Language and Literature, to achieve this, the usefulness of academic reinforcements will be analyzed first and then propose a guide for its implementation as a strategy to consolidate the teaching processes- learning in the area of Language and Literature. This project is part of the tenth year of EGB of the Ricardo Muñoz Chávez Educational Unit. As theoretical-conceptual axes, I start from the didactics of the language, the concept of tutorials or academic reinforcements, pedagogical models and the EGB curriculum, particularly in the area of Language and Literature that allow me to understand that academic reinforcements enhance and seek those students understand and assimilate content that was not captured in regular classes. To achieve this objective, the research is supported by an Action Research methodology, which is used in school contexts to improve teaching practices and teaching-learning processes. Among the most relevant results, I find that, in the first instance, the students did not want to participate in regular classes, but in the reinforcements, after providing a climate of trust and horizontality, they were able to generate more questions and participate more actively. This allowed me to generate a proposal for academic reinforcement, which seeks to generate innovative strategies to contribute to the teaching-learning processes in the area of Language and Literature, although the proposal for academic reinforcement can be adapted to other fields of knowledge and levels.
