Abstract
The research aims to analyze the methodological strategies that enhance learning in the extraordinary virtual distance education of Youth and Adults, for this purpose the final document has been structured in two parts in the first begins a methodological theoretical analysis around the topic of "Virtual distance learning of Youth and Adults" while in the second stage the research itself of an instrumental case study on learning in virtual extraordinary distance education is presented at the “Unidad Educativa Juan Montalvo” of Quito then, the good practices and the needs of methodological strategies for learning in the Virtual Y&AE of the sixth call 2021 are analyzed. This being an instrumental case study with a qualitative approach of exploratory scope, allowed to get to know the subject in question beyond what was expected, as Robert Stake mentions. The application of the in-depth interview with students, focus group with teachers and authorities of the institution, has allowed to reflect on the problem and build a proposal for learning in the setting in the educational platform, training in ICT, office automation, autonomous study techniques, management of friendly digital tools gamification as part of the teaching-learning process, assertive communication, educational administration and management, intrathegy among others on the other hand, the experts who participated in this work, conclude that in the context in which we live today, it is required to move fully to the digital educational dimension in Y&AE. In such virtue, the research work positioned in the paradigm of Good Living goes hand in hand with the pedagogical model of critical social constructivism. proposal that allows to develop in young people and adults a reflective and critical autonomous learning that serves them for life.
