Comprensión lectora y entornos virtuales: blog interactivo para potenciar los niveles lectores de los estudiantes del quinto año de EGB, paralelo B de la UEM “Francisco Febres Cordero”

Abstract
This research addresses reading comprehension, as a means for the student to understand what he reads and virtual environments as a technological tool (blog), with the aim of proposing a virtual activities guide: interactive blog, to enhance levels of understanding reader in the fifth year students of EGB, parallel B of the UEM “Francisco Febres Cordero”. The research was developed through the socio-critical paradigm with a qualitative approach and action research method. For data collection, the following instruments were used: field diary, documentary analysis, teacher interview, reading comprehension test and survey on reading interests, to later analyze the data through triangulation. Based on these data, the proposal was designed with activities that allow to strengthen reading comprehension, through an interactive blog to motivate the student, with the development of striking and innovative activities. Finally, a rubric is built for the validation of specialists that served to determine the relevance of the proposal, despite not being applied by the current context, the results were positive.
