Abstract
The present didactic proposal is based on the implementation of a didactic unit through playful activities for the strengthening of the self-esteem in the children in order to achieve the achievement in the studies, the self-esteem is essential for the integral development of the student as a person, as well as will guarantee success in social relationships and academic achievements. That is why this plan has used practical and innovative didactic methods according to their reality to develop their self-esteem. The current TFM was framed in the type of projective research, using techniques and methods of data collection, specifically the analysis of documentary sources, direct observation and field work, thus giving the conclusion that it is a duty and responsibility of the school guide the student to acquire a healthy self-esteem that will help him significantly improve his school performance.
